Responsibly managed forests which are environmentally aware, socially advantageous and economically viable are responsible for the production of a superb, always in demand product.
Apart from wood FSC certification can apply to any forest based product  -                                                              These Include  -  Paper, Pulp, Rubber, Bamboo, Cork, Rattan and Barks.                                                                     Textiles and even  BUILDINGS  can be FSC certified.
Non timber forest products can also be included -                                                                                                        Some examples include  -  Essential Oils, Nuts, Fruits, Honey, Maple Syrup, and also including ingredients used for medicinal and cosmetic items.
So a potentially a HUGE market.
